An epidemic of parental due process deprivation by Child Protection Agencies and their courts is spreading like wildfire across this nation.

Many parents are unaware of this problem until they are bamboozled by an extortionate court system, crooked judges and incompetent court-appointed representation.

Our mission is to bring these parents together to form a dependable network of dialogue, reliable support and effective resources. Our secondary mission is in public outreach and education.

We are currently constructing a full-service National website, which is set to launch very soon. Please visit us at: http://www.cpscorruption.org.

We also support the ORANGE COUNTY RECALL COMMISSION (www.ocrecallcommittee.org), which is recalling judges Francisco Firmat, Michael Naughton and Nancy Pollard. These judges were not elected by The People, but were appointed in the hallways of an exploitative court system. Despite their denials of allegations made against them, overwhelming evidence exists substantiating their systematic obstruction of due process to parents and children. Please contact us if you have been victimized by any of these tyrannical judges.

What members are saying

Others should join because CPS and court corruption is a nationwide epidemic. ...

So we can help future families going through the awful court process. How I wish we had support when we were going through it..

“It is the state who pays the county who pays the social workers and lawless courts. The state should be held for slavery, human trafficking. It is our state that is responsible and the federal funding is the motive behind it. Forced in foster care is a state accountability because the state receive the government funding to balance the budget. I passed on the lastest foster care report and it is the Health and Human Department of California that runs the show.”

“As an abused child I was ignored by police who labeled it 'domestic violence' and did nothing. As a parent with an alternative life style (I homeschool) I am persecuted by the same system who screwed me over as a child. CPS is now about $ not safety”
