Take a day to focus genty just on yourself.
Are you considering your own needs and wants as carefully as you would for your dearest love or for your child?
There is a message carried in our culture and in our families, and modeling by others, directing us to put our needs last and consider our wants and desires as second priority to family....spouse....work....children....community.
Take time to slow down and look and feel how you would like to best care for that tender person inside. Come be fully gentle with yourself for a day. Take time to look at how your heart centered self would take the best care of you and then gently move into doing that.
We will move purposely away from the active mind which has many stories about your self care: what you can have and what you cant have and why.
Through inquiry, touch and guided visualization we will look deeply into your heart self to find ease and the best way to gently care for yourself.
This will be a day of kindness, connection and self uncovery. You can uncover a part of yourself that you didnt know was in there.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
