I have set up a Zoom meeting that anyone with a computer (phones count) with the free Zoom app can access. By Saturday, I will send a meeting ID to all attendees through meetup.

Please focus on large hats (22-24"), medium hats (20") and mittens.
We have 209 scarves, 417 small hats, 203 medium hats, 210 large hats, and 5 mitts =1045 total

FYI - The ratio for an elementary school for hats is something like 1 small to 3 medium to 2 large. A scarf should be as long as the wearer is tall so not less than 50"
