==> I will make initial contact with the school and then handoff event day coordination to whomever would like to take the lead
==> 3-4 people to work together to check item size, sort the items into boxes, and store them until delivery.
==> people to deliver the items to the school and, potentially, help the kids each pick their item, depending on the school's preferences

Please focus on large hats (22-24"), medium hats (20") and mittens.
We have 157 scarves, 367 small hats, 154 medium hats, 177 large hats, and 3 mitts =860 total
FYI - The ratio for an elementary school for hats is something like 1 small to 3 medium to 2 large. A scarf should be as long as the wearer is tall and the smallest kids are rarely shorter than 42".
