Ruck Training - Open to everyone

We're hosting bi-monthly Ruck Training Meetup on Tuesday 7/5/16 starting at 7:30pm at our location on Allen Court in Rocky River, OH.
This is a great way to start preparing for a future GoRuck event or just getting in a great workout with a fun group of people. Beginners are welcome, no experience necessary.

Your group will be led by a highly experienced trainer who has completed close to 30 GoRuck events over the past few years. The training will consist of approximately two miles of rucking with various bodyweight exercises thrown in along the way. All you need is a ruck sack or backpack loaded with 20 to 30 pounds of weight.
We have a growing group of people rucking around the street of Rocky River and the Metroparks. In fact we had a group of 20+ complete a half marathon ruck in April. Below is a picture of some of the group.
There is no cost for this Ruck Training Meetup this week. Just show up a few minutes early so you don't miss the group.
