Mid-June Update: Anniversary Party | Case Studies

Hope your June has been treating all of you well thus far. Have only got a couple topics to type about this time 'round, so I'll get right to them:

As mentioned in my previous message, we're holding our Anniversary Party on June 30th. We're going to be holding it at Madame X, where we had previously hosted Kristina Halvorson last November. Starting time has also been tweaked from 6:30 to 7. If you've not already RSVP'd, please try to do so this week.

At present, we are not planning on any extras for the party aside from having a place for everyone to mingle and a bar that'll pour what you yearn (and pay) for. If you would like for us to provide some sweets to snack on (some anniversary petit fours, for example), I would ask that you e-mail me privately to commit to a donation. This is, of course, completely voluntary.

Between today and the night of the anniversary party, I would like to schedule our next event, which will be a show and tell session about Use Cases. Before I do that, however, I would like to have commitments from at least three members to present during the event.

The idea calls for a presentation between 5 to 10 minutes in length, which could easily be accomplished in less than a dozen PPT slides (or more, if you're using a larger font), so even if you've only got the start of a case at present, you should be able to draft something up by the time the date of the event rolls around!

If you're ready to commit, simply reply back to the list or contact me separately.

See you on the 30th!
