The enterprise landscape is currently navigating an "AI Inflection Point" where traditional data architectures struggle to meet the velocity and complexity required for autonomous AI agents and workflows. Kathy has 30 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MariaDB). She has over 16 years of experience with the cloud and migrating commercial databases to open-source databases. She has worked in many industries including Financial, Public Sector, Retail and cloud providers. She has presented 100s of times at various user groups to large events like AWS re:Invent.
