SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Jim West

Jim West is a Principal Engineer with Hewlett-Packard in the HPCloud Organization. His current role is DevOps Lead for all things Monitoring for HPCloud. He has over 30 years of software engineering experience starting in the Air Force Intelligence Sector moving his way into commercial aspects of the trade. From there his career took him into telephony where he's worked on VoIP Monitoring applications before going to Hewlett-Packard where he now spends his days with his head in the cloud working with awesome tools such as git, gerrit, jenkins and of course chef.
