We are a group that offers coaching for cyclists, group rides for every ability and promotes cycling in Southern Nevada.  There are several great clubs that offer group rides throughout the valley, as do we, however I would like to make our group more fitness/race training focused.  If any of you want to lead a ride, please feel free to post it or send me a description so I can post it.  We will still have rides of all types with a mix of rides that are focused on improving cycling skills, strength, endurance and core strength.
