Node.js Tools for Visual Studio and Azure Integration

Node.js is quickly becoming the high performance server technology of choice amongst enterprises in the US, such as Walmart, Uber, Yahoo and even Microsoft. Microsoft is creating tools that makes it easy to work with Node.js using Visual Studio and Azure. I'll demonstrate the IDE tools in Visual Studio, along with how to deploy and debug your Node.js applications on Azure utilizing continuous deployment.
