The DC French Meetup Group focuses on the enhancement of the French Language experience. With the language as our common goal, our activities assist our members to exchange, practice and enrich themselves in the language. Our group is open to everyone with similar interests for the French language, Francophone culture, and meeting other Francophiles in the DC area.

The Meetup for Beginners was originally created to provide a unique environment in which beginners could practice French in a slow-paced, unintimidating environment.
We are happy to report that in recent months, the event has become very popular. However, we want to make sure the event remains useful for beginners, who often get lost in the social shuffle of our regular monthly Meetup. Read more
