The Power of People: How to build a strong team

A great team makes a great startup. Building a startup requires building and managing a team that is able to successfully master the ups and downs of such an unknown journey.

Providing the right framework that will make a team strong presumes a good understanding of people, their strengths and weaknesses as well as their underlying motivation and relationship dynamics.

Our experts Darja Gutnick and Khan Reaz will not only share with you the 7 Deadly Sins of a Team, they will also address the following topics in order to help you form great teams:

  • Understanding the characters in your team

  • How to individually motivate the different characters

  • How to keep the drive of a team during the startup journey

  • How to address and solve conflicts within a team

  • What makes a high performing team and how do you become one?

We are looking forward to hearing about your own experiences.
