Embark with us on a journey starting in Kleinhafen taking us through the application areas of Lego® Serious Play® for team building purposes. As part of the hands-on session we will touch on

• the background of the methodology,
• its applicability for team building & team development,
• the science behind it.

The exact course of the evening will depend on brick-building progress as well as your know-how about the methodology (we will keep background & science brief if the majority of you has joined our meetup before), the schedule roughly looks like this:

6.30pm Brief introduction to the session
6.40pm Warm up
7.00pm Team building with Lego® Serious Play®
8.30pm Methodology, science & applicability
9.00pm Closing & feedback

You will have sufficient time for questions & networking, drinks & snacks are provided.

The meetup will be in English & German.

Vom Kleinhafen aus starten wir unsere Reise zur Lego® Serious Play® & seiner Anwendung für Teambuilding. Als Teil der Hands-on-Einführung werden wir folgende Punkte abdecken:

• Hintergrund der Methode,
• Anwendbarkeit für Teamentwicklung
• Wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund.

Der genaue Ablauf des Abends hängt vom Baufortschritt und euren Kenntnissen der Methode ab (wir werden die Infos zur Methode kurz halten, falls die Mehrheit von euch beim ersten meetup dabei war), der Abend sieht ungefähr so aus:
