What we’re about

Welcome to the Toronto Debating Society!
Are you interested in the power of persuasion, critical thinking, and a rip-roaring good debate? If so, be our guest on Tuesday evenings. Every two weeks, members of the Toronto Debating Society meet to improve our public speaking skills during lively, heated and entertaining exchanges at the podium.
The Toronto Debating Society is a non-profit public community organization. We meet at Runnymede United Church (432 Runnymede Road) every other Tuesday from September to May.
Attendance is free. Curious? Interested? Contact us.
Absolutely no public speaking or debating experience is necessary! We welcome members and guests of all ages and backgrounds.
We hope you'll join us.
