4. I am working in JAVA or PHP, interested in ruby on rails. Can I attend Ni Dilli Ruby event ?
We strive to maintain balance between beginners and pros in these events. If you've never worked on Ruby or still thinking about learning rails while working on JAVA or PHP, don't be afraid to come and take a peek in this world. We would love for newbies to join us and 'dip their toes' in ruby until you feel comfortable enough to 'jump in the conversations with both feet'!
We also want to encourage "experienced ruby/rails users" to join the community, contribute, extend the conversation, discuss issues and add value by providing real-life experiences and tips/suggestions.
5. I have some ideas for Ni Dilli Ruby. How do I volunteer?
This is a community event. We are looking for ideas from anybody who is excited about Ruby and Rails. If you would like to make suggestions for event topics or guest talk or general suggestions related to the event ,
Please give suggestions here on the forum
Any of the participant can suggest a topic they would like to speak and the volunteers will slot them in accordingly. The topic? Anything under the sun really as long as it is interesting and related to Ruby and rails .
Thanks so much for being a part of this community!
6. Can I simply walk in on the time of the event itself?
Ideally, we would like you to RSVP on the web site at least 24 hours before the event so that we can plan in advance. It just takes 2 minutes to do that.
7. Who owns Ni Dilli Ruby ?
Nobody and Everybody, Ni Dilli Rbuy is open for all.
