Workshop : Running Rails Application With Amazon RDS
Presenter : Akhil Bansal
Level : Basic / Intermediate
Prerequisite : Basic Knowledge of rails.

Detail : Amazon recently launched Amazon RDS (https://aws.typepad.com/aws/2009/10/introducing-rds-the-amazon-relational-database-service-.html). Akhil will take us through the basics of RDS and will talk about how to integrate it with existing rails application.

Brainstorming : How can I become a better ruby/rails developer ?
Level : Basic/ Intermediate
Prerequisite : Passion to become better in the craft

Detail : All the participant will brainstorm and objective is to come up with 10 top activities every rails developer should do to become better in the craft. What distinguishes rock star rails developers from others ?
