Workshop : Running Rails Application With Amazon RDS

Prerequisite : Basic Knowledge of rails.
Detail : Amazon recently launched Amazon RDS. Akhil will take us through the basics of RDS and will talk about how to integrate it with existing rails application.
Brainstorming : How can I become a better ruby/rails developer ?
Level : Basic/ Intermediate
Prerequisite : Passion to become better in the craft
Detail : All the participant will brainstorm and objective is to come up with 10 top activities every rails developer should do to become better in the craft. What distinguishes rock star rails developers from others ?

its an open event and we are looking for participant like you to propose sessions and take them. It will be great if participants can propose them and send them to my email id : kapil at vinsol dot com.
Otherwise we will have an open ruby brainstorming session with whats new in the ruby world.
And I will update the main description page myself as soon as somebody proposes the session like Akhil did few hours back.

Kapil, I was talking to Waseem and Kazim after the meetup and they suggested that I do a presentation on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as I've been involved with it ever since 2002. If there is demand for it, and if you (and everyone else) thinks it will be useful I can do it for next time's meetup... let me know what you think.
hi nabeel , that will be awesome. It will be great if we can have a follow up session or discussion by other members on how to make ruby on rails apps more Search engine friendly.
