Workshop : Facebook Connect with Ruby on Rails

This discussion will continue from where I left during my last talk. In this discussion I will be covering following topics.

1. Use Graph API to fetch information about a user from facebook graph

• Use Koala and Joey to fetch information from facebook graph.
• Fetch information about user, user's friends and user's albums.

2. Write cucumber features to test the application

• Our tests will hit facebook servers while they run.

3. Development ecosystem of facebook applications.

• Where to look for solutions when you get in trouble.
