Dear Book Lovers --

This is a quickie reminder that you do not need to have read all or any of the book club selection to attend tonight's meeting and enjoy the lively conversation and companionship of fellow book lovers.

Our April nonfiction book selection is The First American: The Life and Times of Benjamin Franklin, by H.W. Brands. This is the same book we would have discussed at the March meeting, which was postponed due to the major Spring blizzard. Here are the details:

Feel free to come early and enjoy drinks at the bar plus the spaghetti and meatball buffet prepared by Press Club manager and head chef, Carmen Green. Even if you rarely eat meat, Carmen's meat balls are worth the exception. And for the vegetarians among us, the salad always features mixed baby greens. Also, you get to enjoy your meal with all the other book lovers who come early, or you might just rub elbows with Denver's top journalists.
