I'd like to hear thoughts on how to effectively utilize Facebook pages for B2B companies, in light of news like this: http://on.wsj.com/9IqnQc![]()
Good idea Chris, I'll definitely give my thoughts on B2B challenges.
Also, several B2B businesses I've talked to have expressed concern that the list of fans on a Facebook page is basically like opening up your company rolodex to the world, making it easy for your competitors to find and poach your clients. So I'd also like to discuss this issue as well.
