PLEASE - if you wish to attend an event, please pay through PayPal when you RSVP. This will help us make sure we have enough food, beverage, and space for everyone. If you have not paid in advance, we may not be able to accommodate you at the door. I know that some of you don't like to do this, but when we have limited space, we want to make sure those spaces go to those who really want to attend. In the past, we've had to wait list people who really want to attend, only to have those who RSVP'd "yes" not show up. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT A "YES" RSVP DOES NOT COUNT UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PAID FOR. REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS for any event unless it is canceled by us. Failure to attend any event without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid, regardless of reason. If you cannot attend any event you have signed up for, please let us know ASAP - credit for future events may be allowed in some instances.
