Let's see here. Admiral Fallon, Be-trayus boss calls him an ass-kissing little chicken shit and now this conservative mag calls him a sycophant, wonder when congress will condem THESE TRAITORS?

What? Never? It's old news? Does moveon know about this?

Pat Buchanan?s Conservative Rag to MoveOn: Eat Your Heart Out?
By: bluegal @ 4:31 PM - PDT
Instaputz is just asking the question: will right wing blogs and congresspeople go nuts about this cover the way they did the MoveOn ad? (h/t Agitprop)
The article in question, by historian Andrew J. Bacevich, starts out making a common sense argument, then goes completely mental. Bacevich says that Petraeus should have been honest rather than political, and gone before Congress not to argue success of the surge. So far, so good. But Petraeus should have pressed Congress, not for a tiny lil? withdrawal based on successful benchmarks, but rather, an urgent need to?wait for it?double or triple the forces on the ground in Iraq!
Even Joe Lieberman would laugh at that one, right? Right? Um, right? Nevermind.
You?d think there would at least be a House vote condemning The American Conservative?s editorial board for allowing such treason and disrespect to stand. The article?s conclusion could have been written by, gasp, yours truly, and I?ve been known to wish Fidel Castro a happy birthday at my blog, for crying out loud:
The general?s relationships with official Washington remain intact. Yet he has broken faith with the soldiers he commands and the Army to which he has devoted his life. He has failed his country. History will not judge him kindly.

Thanks again to everyone who made it possible for us to go up to NYC to be at the UN. We were put in a pen but broke out. The police (wisely) let us march till our feet would march no more! We, Carol, Leslie, Diane, Hannah and I started out walking over the Brooklyn Bridge carrying a coffin. There were a dozen groups who carried coffins from all over the area.

The arrests occurred early on and we did not know that this group was staging civil disobedience.

Will Covert, in the orange shirt, seen in several of these pics, has earned heaps of praise. He has been honing his non violence training an dit came in handy on this day. There was a group of students who were involved in a face off with the police. By this itme, the crowd had disbursed and the energy was gone. It was pointless for them to get arrested. Will interceded and talked them into leaving the area. Of course, the police backed off as well and this helped the students decide.

After all this walking, Ray and Nancy Smith joined us for a ride to Times Square where we stood with this great banner for another 2 hours. They are good sports and always there when you need them!

I will say that by the time we made it back to where we were staying, we literally could not even walk to the hamburger joint to get a bite to eat. Fortunately, Hannah and Carol had come back ealrier so offered to go out and get something for us.

Diane Baker and Leslie Harris are amazing and I was so proud to have spent so much time with them during these 5 weeks that I have been on the road.

Here are photos of Carlos Arredondo getting beaten by at least 6 Gathering Eagle members. Mind you these are the same people that Bush honored at the WH just a few days after this took place. Anyone can go to t heir website and see who and what they are, it is no secret.[masked]

Here are more photos and an eyewitness story.

Here are some great B&W phots taken by Danny Hammontree, a fireman, from Miami. He also came to campcasey.

I read this on the plane coming home. Anyone even remotely considering Hilary needs to think twice and you will after reading this.

I sat next to a 20 year old marine going back for the 3rd time in DEC. He had been home for 9 days to bury his baby who died of SIDS. He did not mention my shirt (ARREST BUSH) nor did I. His legs were jumping the whole time and he was scratching himself the whole time. He said he needs 2 Ambien to sleep and also that the doc told him to wash it down with a shot of liquor. He has lost 2 friends to suicide and 2 others to IED's. He is deep in debt so is reinlisting in DEC to get the $30,000 bonus.

He finally fell asleep, twitching and moaning the whole time. It was all I could do not to take him in my arms and give some comfort.

All in our names. All of this. Imagine there are 300,000 more just like him and worse.
