Ok, a quick recap of all the events up and coming for the DFW Photography Club.
TONIGHT: Lightroom Class on Getting Started and Organizing Your Photos! This is the first class. The next two Wednesdays will be classes on Editing and outputting in Lightroom. The classes are exclusive of each other so you can take any of the three, or all of them. or just two of them. Whatever you prefer.
This SATURDAY: Eagle Fest! Greg Duffer is leading a group to go photograph Eagles. Read up on the details on the clubs meetup website!
MONDAY 01/30: Dinner at Hard Eight Bar-B-Q. Hey you gotta eat, might as well do it with us!
FRIDAY 02/03: DFW Airport at Night. Our first time to photograph the airport at night. Come check it out!
THURSDAY 02/09: Photography 101 Camera Operations and Exposure Basics Class. A perfect class for beginners. So if you are a beginner or know someone that is, this is a great class to learn he basics of photography.
SUNDAY 02/12: Monthly meeting! Our guest speaker is Gene McCullagh. Gene is an Adobe expert and will be talking about the Lightroom Beta 4 version that was just recently released. This is a great opportunity to learn about what is new with this fantastic software.
TUESDAY 02/21: Social Media Webinar. Learn how to promote yourself and your photography through Social Media Websites.
SATURDAY 02/25: Outdoor Portraits 101. The perfect class for learning how to take better pictures outdoors using simple lighting techniques.
SATURDAY 03/10: Outdoor Portraits 201. Ready for a little more advanced outdoor portrait work? Come learn some lighting techniques to use outdoors with your off camera flash.
Don't forget about our WEEKLY PICTURE PERFECT CHALLENGES! Check out this weeks challenge "BLUE", there are many terrific photos there. Next weeks challenge is NUMBERS!
