I still have more to add for the month of JULY but just a couple of quickies you will want to mark on your calendars:

FIREWORKS Event on July 3rd
Portraits & Headshots Part 2 Class on July7th.

Also, many of you have asked about a class for turning your Hobby into a Business.  Nikki Callahan teaches just such a class and will be offering this class on Monday July 23rd.  I'll have more about this in future announcements, but those of you interested in this should mark your calendars now and also check out Nikki's website on the class at http://www.nickicallahanphotography.com/#/hobby-to-business/

And finally I want to send out a couple of CONGRATULATIONS

AJ Wood has spent countless hours helping many people out on all kinds of Adobe products.  Many of you have benefited as have I from AJ's instruction.  AJ did all this as an independent contractor and business owner.  Well his efforts have paid off and he has now been hired by Adobe!  So the next time you see AJ, tell him CONGRATULATIONS!  You can see much of AJ's work, video tutorials, etc on his website, www.ajwood.com and make sure you check out his guest blog on Scott Kelby's blog,  http://scottkelby.com/2012/its-guest-blog-wednesday-featuring-a-j-wood/

Another great person that has given a great deal of time and effort to the community of photographers is Gene McCollugh.  Gene runs the Adobe User Group on Meetup here in Dallas, and specializes in Lightroom.  Recently Gene completed and had his instructional book on Lightroom 4 published!  The book will be available sometime next month (I'll send out an announcement when it is).  In the meantime, if you want to learn some great tools, tips, and techniques on Lightroom, go check out Gene's website, www.lightroomsecrets.com \
