"Think Globally...Eat Locally!" beckons to all those interested in experiencing international cuisines as they are found in their home countries and regions...or in the closest possible form, here in Paris. The restaurants suggested have all been tested by the organizers, or are strongly recommended to them by reliable sources, and span the globe, from "usual suspects" (e.g., Italy, Japan, North Africa, India) to rarer locales (Mauritius, Uzbekistan, Ethiopia, etc.!).

We have many ideas but are always looking for more, so please contact us and help make our world mosaic ever-richer!
