We are a group about discovering what the greater Los Angeles area has to offer. This could be food, lectures, theater, museums or whatever else piques our interest.
This is a group that will be going out and about in Los Angeles, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Studio City, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Beverly Hills and beyond !
It's a great opportunity to make new friends. Everyone is welcome in the group.

I love cars, car show, museums, etc but I have yet to make it to the Petersen Museum across from LACMA. This weekend they are have a special cruise-in for owners of Shelby GT350s and Cobra 427s. Both were designed by larger than life Texan car racer Carroll Shelby who was also instrumental in designing a little car called the Ford Mustang. I'll get a fix for an all-American race car that is, in my opinion, cooler than aforementioned Mustangs. The Cobra is the blue and white one in the picture Top Left. I drive a 'Clown Car' (her name) Prius C so obviously I will not be participating in the drive-in portion here. Meet you there when you text me.

Rev up your engines and join us at the Petersen Automotive Museum on Sunday, July 6th for our Annual All American Cruise-In, a full-throttle celebration of American automotive culture—with a special salute to the legendary Shelby GT350 & Cobra 427 60th anniversary.
From 9 AM - 12 PM, enjoy an epic display of All American cars and motorcycles, soak up the sun, and share your passion with fellow enthusiasts. But that’s just the beginning…- Pink’s Hot Dogs – Grab a bite from the world-famous Pink’s Hot Dog stand—because no Cruise-In is complete without classic American eats.
- GT350 & Cobra Rally & Breakfast –Join us for a spirited drive through the Santa Monica Mountains before the show. Kick-off your morning with breakfast for two and hit the canyon roads as we rally to the Petersen. This rally group will take center stage as we arrive at the Petersen in style. Note: The All American Rally is exclusively for GT350s & Shelby Cobras—so shine them up and show them off!
So, what are you waiting for? Fuel your patriotic spirit this 4th of July Weekend and celebrate everything red, white, and horsepower with us!

ALSO--this museum has a 'Vault' section with is another way for you to part with your $$ that I will likely do but right now I can't figure out a way to tack that on so I'm just including the general ticket now. Will probably put more in notes when I find out.
