Just a quick reminder:

IMPORTANT: The RSVP List will close Saturday Dec. 31 @ 4pm. If you have not pre-paid online at the event page by that time, you will have to pay $30 at the door

The General Manager of the MDR Hotel emailed Ken and I today and told us that there will be 3 kinds of VERY COOL Jello Shots available at the party tomorrow night

NOW FOR THE FINAL UPDATE AND DETAILS FOR TOMORROW NIGHT:

1) For those who keep asking me - what does my $22 include? - PLEASE READ THE EVENT PAGE...

2) CHECK-IN: We will have a check-in table in the Lobby of the Hotel to the left as you enter the front doors. Please check in here to get your VIP wristband that will give you access to the party and access to the discounted drinks and food.

The attendee list is comprised of your Meetup profile photo and how many admissions you have paid for. So if a if one of your guests arrives late, make sure they know what your "profile name" is, as sometimes it does not match your real name. If we cannot match your guest to a paid profile, they may have to pay the full "door price". Make sure they have your cell phone to contact you in case of a problem.

3) NEW MEMBERS: If you are a new member or this is your first event with any of the attending groups, please identify yourself to one of the hostesses you you can receive a glow wristband, in addition to your VIP band. This will help the Organizers help you get introduced and shown around. The the old saying: "Help Us - Help You"!

4) The NYE Party will start with a pre-party reception at the pool while our banquet room is being prepared and decorated. There will be a bar out there to keep us entertained.

5) HOTEL ROOMS: "SOLD OUT" - SORRY!

6) PARKING: If you get to the MDR Hotel early, there are 150 spots available in the Hotel lot. If this lot is full, there is a "Public Lot" on the N/W corner of Bali Way and Admiralty Way. The cost at this lot is $5 for 24 Hours.

To park in "Public Lot #5" park your car then go to the Parking Meter and insert $5. I would recommend everyone have a $5 bill ready to to do this OR you can use a Credit Card.

AFTER you purchase your Parking Permit - PUT IT FACE UP ON YOUR DASHBOARD - FAILURE TO THIS THIS MAY RESULT IN A PARKING CITATION!!!

7) DUI CHECKPOINT: There will be a DUI Checkpoint on Lincoln Blvd. at Maxella Avenue from 8pm to 2am on Dec. 31st.

PARKING: There is free parking for about 120 vehicles. If you arrive late and there is no parking in the free lot, 3/4 of a block away on the corner of Bali Way and Admiralty Way, is Parking Lot #5. The parking for all night is only $3. Entrance is on Bali way. Please bring CASH for the ticket dispenser.
