ShadowCon is looking for GMs. Matt can be contacted at [address removed]
From my buddy Matt at 4DS...
My name is Matthew Croshaw. Scott Moffitt and I are partners in a small gaming business called Fourth Dimension Studios LLC. We have been writing and developing table top role playing games as friends for a long time. Within the last two years we started 4DS in an effort to share with gamers the worlds and adventures that we have enjoyed in our home brew groups over the years. In an effort to do so we came up with ShadowCon.
ShadowCon is a small, private, invitation only - event every February. We are inviting 150 players in the effort to secure at least 100 players at the event. The purpose of this event is to showcase 4DS products. We will have several gaming tables setup in order for players to play games that we plan to publish. This gives gamers a chance to experience the game before it is available to purchase, as well as allowing us to get feedback from gamers about what they like and don't like about our games so we can then improve our products.
How does this include you?
1) Our studio has more games than gms...
2)because of our limited amount of game masters that know how to run 4DS games we can only offer so many games per session.
3) We certainly don't want gamers sitting around not gaming. 4
) So I am asking if any of you are interested in game mastering at ShadowCon? Any games are allowed.
Con Fee: $30.00
We do play up the secretive nature of the invitation only event...we do have a website for registration for players and so on. We will be using OGRE through Ron McClung and Justusproductions. Many thanks to them for supporting us!
So if any of you are interested, email me back and I will email you the website information so you can proceed. Actual registration will be open starting next week.
I am willing to follow the example of MACE and wave the con fee for GMs that run at least three sessions.
I am also willing to allow Game masters to have the ability to invite players to the event. (we will talk more about this individually through email or by phone)
Thank you for your consideration on this matter...and I hope to hear from you soon.
