We are a group that discusses documentaries.

The group would be similar that of a Bookclub but for films, a film club. We'll meet in a Restaurant of choice. The films thereafter will be decide upon a vote or discussion, with members of the groups making recommendations. The films we review must be reasonably available I created the non-fiction bookclub for toronto, and discover that many of my members had an interest in Documentaries as well. I as well had an interest in doc's, and thought it would be interesting to form a meetup group that would discuss interesting documentaries the same way as a bookclub.

I have changed the title of the group to include other forms of media, namely youtube media. For an upcoming meetup we might do a collection of media on a given topic.

US Crime and punishiment. In recent time there have been questionable sentence for petty crime. California's three strike rule.

*** WE'LL WATCH THE DOCUMENTARIES ON OUR OWN, NOT AS A GROUP, AND THEN MEET AS A GROUP AT A BAR/RESTAURANT TO DISCUSS THE FILM. ***
