Dodgeball is Life is a group for adults who love this child's game! DiL is a player-run organization all about having fun, making friends, and then hitting them with a ball or three.

If you enjoy the game of dodgeball, this group is for you!
If you've never heard of adults playing dodgeball, but think it sounds hilarious, this group is for you!
If you're an athlete looking for a new activity, this group is for you!
If you're looking for a healthy outlet for your anger management issues, this group is for you!

We run a Tuesday night competitive dodgeball league in Ocean Beach. Each league runs for 8 weeks, followed by a few weeks of pick-up games, so that new members can meet current members and get the hang of the game. Stop by the Ocean Beach Recreation Center between 7-9 on a Tuesday night to check it out, or stay tuned for notification of our next pick-up night!
