The Illinois Junior Chamber (Jaycees) are starting a local chapter serving the Des Plaines area.

The Jaycees is civic organization that empowers young people 18-40 to be a force of good for their community. In the act of serving, members receive hands-on experience, which translates to the enhancement of personal growth and the development of valuable leadership skills.

The Jaycees are also a great way to meet new people, form long lasting friendships and increase your business network.

Once you become a member in the Des Plaines Junior Chamber, automatically become a member of the Illinois Jaycees, US Jaycees and Junior Chamber International the US Jaycees are celebrating our 90th anniversary in 2010.
