Welcome WE Explore Self Healing Meditation, Drums & Sound

A safe place to explore finding your authentic voice, learning to speak your truth and following your Energy Path. We will offer an hour introduction-all levels to meditation techniques, an hour all levels hand drums and instruments followed up with the Trance Dance experience. Some weeks we will have guest speakers leading a discussion group on a variety of topics chosen by the group. The intention is to create an environment of exploration and growth where all are honored for their unique gifts, talents from the shadow and the light side of the journey. All radiates form the Heart and Love Consciousness. We are all one. Ancient indigenous, Native American practices will also be a fundamental (not limited to) of the earth and universal energy along with an open forum encouraging expression of all forms of belief..
