DrupalCafé Maart 2016

Beste Drupalistas,

Na een gezellige nieuwjaarsborrel hebben we de smaak weer te pakken, One Shoe gaat weer beginnen met de DrupalCafé’s! De insteek is een niet te lang praatje over een laagdrempelig onderwerp, waar ook Drupal-beginners wat aan hebben. Daarna blijft er nog tijd over voor een drankje en een hapje. Ervaren Drupalaars worden ook nadrukkelijk uitgenodigd om hun kijk op het onderwerp te geven. Heb je interesse om een keer een een presentatie te houden voor het DrupalCafé, laat het ons weten via eelke.blok@oneshoe.nl en/of dick.rensema@oneshoe.nl .

Deze eerste keer in 2016 hebben we twee onderwerpen (beide in het Engels):

• SEO en Drupal; waar moet je op letten om je Drupal-site zo goed mogelijk te laten scoren in Google, Bing en andere zoekmachines? Presentatie door Dick Rensema (dutchyoda).

• Uitdagingen en oplossing om je open source bedrijf tot open source bijdrages te stimuleren. Een presentatie door Jeffrey A. Maguire (jam/horncologne) en Chris Jansen (legolasbo). Dit is een tryout voor DrupalCon NewOrleans (https://events.drupal.org/neworleans2016/sessions/horses-water-getting-them-drink-challenges-and-solutions-getting-your-open), waar ze deze presentatie hebben ingediend als talk.

Bereikbaarheid

Ons kantoor bevindt zich op Janskerkhof 16 in Utrecht. Er stoppen diverse buslijnen vanaf het Centraal Station op de halte Janskerkhof; steek het plein over langs de kerk en je vindt nummer 16 rechts naast café Hofman. We hebben ook een uitstekend fietsenrek vlak voor de deur. Ga door de poort de binnenplaats op en bel aan bij de groene deur. Parkeren met de auto kan ook, maar de parkeertarieven op het Janskerkhof zijn de hoogste van Utrecht.

Dear Drupalistas,

After a "gezellige nieuwjaarsborrel" (new year's drink) we found our groove again, One Shoe is kicking off its DrupalCafés again! The basic premise is a talk that's not too long, about an accesable subject that is also of benefit to those new to Drupal. We should also have some time left for a drink and a bite. Experienced Drupalers are also explicitly invited to give their view on the subject. If you are interested to give a presentation at the DrupalCafé, let us know at eelke.blok@oneshoe.nl and/or dick.rensema@oneshoe.nl .

How to get there

Our office is at the Janskerkhof 16 in Utrecht. There are several busses from Utrecht Central Station that stop at the Janskerkhof. From the bus stop, walk across the square past the church and you'll find number 16 to the right of café Hofman. We also have a very excellent "fietsenrek" right in front of the gate. Go through the gate onto the courtyard and ring the bell at the green door. Parking your car is possible, but the parking rates at the Janskerkhof are the highest of Utrecht.
