I recently got contracted to build attitudelive.com and thought it's a great site to showcase. It was a pretty interesting built and had very high focus on accessibility and responsiveness (i.e mobility).
I'll cover the following:
Theming and advanced use of display suite
Admin UI clean up
Features and deployment
There is a $10 charge for Pizza and Beers.
As some of you know we introduced online payment last time. We did this to reduced the number of people that RSVP and then don't show. Please remember there is some organisation that goes into this. For example we need to order the pizza in advance therefore we need an accurate number.
If you are unable to make the online payment and still wish to come call me on[masked] to arrange an alternative.
About the site:
AttitudeLive is the home of real resources and authentic stories for and about the disability community. It's a place where you can share experiences and connect to others in the community.
It's an endeavour led by people with lived experience of disability and embraces the voice of the broader disability community. The team at AttitudeLive seek to empower people through the telling of strong human stories, and by linking our users to key information. AttitudeLive connects you to the global community.
We’re driven to make the world a more inclusive place. We want to support people with disabilities to lead full, satisfying lives, where their contributions are recognised and valued.
Our visual stories seek to highlight new possibilities. We believe AttitudeLive has the potential to help shape society's views and enhance lives.
This project is an extension of work produced across nine years by Attitude Pictures, and proudly supported by our funding partner NZ on Air. It's part of our dedication and focus on disability. AttitudeLive is a place where you can belong, see and meet other people like you, and source information you can trust.
