Developing WatchKit Apps for the Apple Watch

Apple Watch is the new frontier for iOS programmers. Inheriting some features from Today widgets and iPhone push notifications, WatchKit also allows you to develop entirely new experiences. Although the Apple Watch will launch in April, it's not too early to start experimenting with WatchKit apps now if you want to know what it's all about.

In this talk, Claus Höfele will discuss what to expect from the upcoming Apple Watch, techniques for developing WatchKit apps before the arrival of the hardware, and first learnings from building his own prototypes.

Optimizing the ebay Kleinanzeigen Android app for Wearables

The talk will be about showing the steps in the code that I had to take to change the eBay Kleinanzeigen app to be optimized for wearable devices. Specifically the chat feature, allowing the user to see the entire conversation in the smart watch, as well as providing the option to reply to a message, and accept an offer.
