ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Joe Nicholas has spent 15 years in retail & eCommerce. He currently serves as Channel Relationship Manager at dotmailer, an email marketing & automation firm. His retail experience ranges from brick & mortar store merchandising with Sears to eCommerce merchandising & digital marketing with Pet360 (www.PetFoodDirect.com and www.Pet360.com). Joe has spent the last three years working on the technology side of the business in email and marketing automation in business development and product marketing roles. Joe holds a BS in Business Administration from Albright College and an MBA in Marketing and Communications from Alvernia University. He is also Pragmatic Marketing Level VI certified.
