Our workshops provide practical “how to” information and invite you to think about goals in real estate as they relate to broader life goals. We’ll talk about how to:
- Build equity in your home
- Save money on a mortgage
- Assess the value of a property (singles, multis, and condos)
- Successfully navigate your way through the buying process
- Understand the local real estate market
We provide comprehensive, detailed, market-specific information (including case studies and examples, where relevant) along with extensive resources for further learning. We foster active participation so that group members can learn from each other as well as from the course content.
The facilitator, Rachael Burger, has been active in real estate for more than ten years, as a renovator/developer and former realtor. She hopes to empower participants through these workshops, which are offered as a community service of ePlace, a real estate brokerage firm in Cambridge.
