Startup Weekend for Education - ATX!

Howdy, folks!

Our July meetup won't be a meetup per se, but rather 54 hours to help YOU build the next big thing in edtech.  That's right, we're hosting the first ever Startup Weekend for Education right here in Austin!  Join us during the last weekend in July as an educator, developer, designer, or just an interested person willing to help a team START UP something awesome.  We've created a discount code specifically for EdTech Austin members (that means YOU!), so we hope you'll join us at a rate that's more than affordable (the cost of admission will cover all meals, drinks, snacks and extra goodies...all handled by the Startup Weekend Education folks.)

Here's the link to check out the details for the event here in Austin and to find out more about Startup Weekend:

You don't need to RSVP to THIS meetup event, but be sure to grab your tickets at the link above.  Talk to any of our co-organizers for more information (at our June event, perhaps?), or email us through  You can reach me directly at [masked]

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
