This group is designed to encourage growth and provide inspiration to those who have a desire to reconnect to Themselves, their Highest Self, and to One Another! Based on the understanding that we are ALL ONE at our core being, when we help ourselves we are helping one another and vice versa.
If you are drawn to this group, there is a reason... it is your time to explore yourself more deeply. You may have reached a point in your life where you feel you are in need of a change. Things may be going okay, but you yearn for something more... something deeper. Maybe all your life you've struggled with ideas about who you really are? Or, why am I here? Or perhaps, why does life seem so much easier for everyone else? Or even, maybe you've had a spiritual experience that you could not explain, and do not share with others.
This group has monthly scheduled classes and workshops in Reiki Classes Level I-III Master/Teacher (Energy Healing), Reiki Circles, Meditation Workshops, Group Guided Meditations and also The Wisdom Den Embrace.
Wisdom Den Embrace -
We meet monthly to enjoy one of the following:
- Motivating/Inspiring Book Discussion : Each month we choose a new book to read for inspiration and then gather to discuss helpful insights discovered. (example authors: Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Albert Villoldo and many many more.)
- Uplifting/Inspiring Movie Night : Every couple of months we gather in friendship and fun to watch a film that inspires us or moves us to continue reaching towards our Highest Self. (example film: "Into the Wild" directed by Sean Penn)
- Open Topic Discussion : Together we create a sacred circle of friendship and trust to listen openly to one another as we discuss specific topics for healing. (example topic: "Fear")
Both men and women of all ages are welcome. Let's get together to release old behavior that no longer serves us and develop new tools to guide us through our journey.

Have you always wanted to learn to meditate but didn't know where to start? We've made it easy for you. You can learn to meditate at a time and place that is convenient for you.
Meditation 101 is a 2 1/2 hour meditation training that is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to get back on track with meditation. No experience is necessary.
