Be ready to scale the walls for a special 2 hour climbing Meetup!
Designed for all levels of rock-climbers from beginner to Rockstar. Climb Base5 and Eneractive will prepare you with the necessary gear and guidance you need to have an exciting experience in Metro Vancouver’s largest and tallest facility.
At the event you'll learn how to...
-
Learn essential safety skills.
-
Rock climb (technique from the pros).
-
Overcome your fear of heights!
-
Trust your new Meetup friends!
When you arrive you'll be put into a group of 5. We can fit up to 10 groups of 5 at this Meetup. You'll take turns climbing as high as you can up the wall, and then "lower" down slowly. Your teammates and the instructors at Climb Base5 will help you the whole time!
This is a kid-friendly (5 and up) event however, all climbers under age 19 MUST have a waiver (https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.climbbase5.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F06%2FBase-waiver-new.pdf) signed by their parents.
