Matt Cail has been involved in one form of Internet marketing or another since the late 1990s. He has been an avid user of social media, focusing on applications for business. He regularly speaks to Chambers of Commerce and other associations on the power of social media. His company, Super Charge Marketing, serves clients up and down the West Coast, providing consulting and management services for businesses and individuals on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media sites.

Joya Iverson is a versatile marketer with a head for analysis, a love of technology, and an eye for customer experiences that drive revenue and results. A former Marketing Manager of Classmates.com, she jumped into the freelance world in 2008, building a respected email marketing agency, Shaw + Scott, from the ground up, while traveling & living from around the world. She is now Founder of a new business, Tin Umbrella Coffee, successfully crowdfunding an incredible $30K this summer (along with significant press & local support) to open a coffee house & roastery in her South Seattle neighborhood.
