West LA Sierra Club Meeting Tomorrow Evening: Is Ecotourism Good for Wildlife? Have you ever been walking along a trail in a wilderness area and encountered an animal or bird that seemed startled to find an unwelcome biped trampling through its home? Well, tomorrow tonight we are fortunate to have a world's expert in animal behavior and conservation biology here to explain things from the animal's perspective. Daniel T. Blumstein is a professor in the department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at UCLA and has devoted his career to understanding how people can enjoy and appreciate nature without disrupting fragile ecosystems.

Here's a link to a full description of the event: Is Ecotourism Good For Wildlife?

Upcoming Events: I've just posted information on two more great topics. Please take a look at the schedule.

All the best,

Dave
