eTech & Future narratives #1 Hello Virtual Reality

There’s a lot of buzz around virtual reality and consumers' expectations are high. There's also a lot doubt, uncertainly and worries. In the first of many #eTechmcr meetups, we have the pleasure of working with the new meetup group, VR Manchester - https://www.meetup.com/vrmanchester/ to highlight, discuss and let you experience VR for the first of many times.

We are planning some demos and brief talks, mostly to introduce key members of the Manchester VR scene.

Whether it's full VR or 360 filming you're interested in we should have plenty of interesting folks to meet.

We're going to have GearVR, Oculus Rift DK2 and hopefully a Vive and some surprises.

We'll hang round in Madlab until about 9pm, then pack down and continue in Common across the road to further socialise.
