The Evanston Round Table Social Meetup January Meetup

This meetup is composed of incredibly interesting, sparkling and vibrant folks. I'm the organizer but much of the credit goes to the fact that Joan chose Evanston, which happens to be filled with and surrounded by incredible folks.

That would be all of you people.

You don't have to be an Evanston resident to attend nor do you have to have a particular interest of be of a particular age group. We enjoy and can entertain anyone.

We are big on great conversation and creating special friendships. Not "restraining order" special but "I'll get this round because I'm that kind of guy" or "Hey who wants wings and a free couch" special.

As fun as the Rhythm Room is (and as strange as the 1800 Club was), we are ALWAYS on the lookout for a place where we can hang out and that encourages free-wheeling conversations among all of us so if you know of such a place, bring the details, as long as they serve scotch.

Please Note:

The January Meetup is back at the Rythm Room and NOT at the Hidden Cove. I've got a bit of a holiday hangover and I kinda have to get back to my roots to recharge a bit :)

We should be easy to find. We tend to take up the tables along the mirror. Given the size of the group lately, I think we can take over the pool lounge too. If we get enough RSVPs, I'll reserve it.

I'll venture forth for a new spot in February. I promise!
