Ex Libris Book Club

Welcome to Ex Libris!  We are now entering our SEVENTEENTH YEAR of books and intelligent discussion. Thanks for taking an interest in learning more about this great group of men and women.

Ex Libris is a co-ed book club for everyone who loves to read books of substance and who is willing to participate and discuss the themes and issues on which our titles focus. We're a diverse group of readers; each with our own input, opinion, and outlook on the selected books. We read a variety of literature and do not limit ourselves to a specific genre. Classic literature, science, biography, history, science fiction, social commentary and humor are all part of our wonderful lexicon of discussion topics. If you're looking for romance novels, this is not the book club for you. Rather, if you'd like to sink your teeth into some classics and modern award-winning or critically acclaimed novels, Ex Libris welcomes you!
We meet to discuss the monthly book on a Zoom conference, scheduled on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. In-person meetings are scheduled from time to time for those living in the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale Florida area.

We also have frequent, informal Zoom meetings, generally two weeks after our monthly meeting, to further discuss that month's book or, usually, to talk about anything we wish.
