Reignite: The Vancouver EE Meetup

After a long hiatus, we're reigniting the Vancouver EE Meetup group with a new venue and focus. This meeting, the topic will be shared highlights from the recent EECI conference in New York.
There will be a door prize of a free license for those who RSVP drawn on the night for those in attendance.
Our guests may include Mrs Flinger and Mark Carroll from Seattle. Leslie was the surprise(d) MC at EECI. Mark will give a brief overview of Git version control basics (their attendance will be confirmed soon).
For 2012...
We're hoping to grow the EE community with the exchange of news, tips and techniques in a social context. We're looking at a new format: informal introductions and 'show and tell' sessions where approaches and problems can be aired. We've also added Simon Britchford as Co-Organizer of the Meetup group. Suggestions and ideas on what kind of Meetup group you would like to be part of are welcomed.
Meetups are planned for every other month on the last Wednesday, starting with the last Wednesday in November (30th).
