FREE2RUN Group Training was developed to offer calisthenics (exercise) and running training to anyone who wants to get in shape. A LITTLE OF WHAT WE DO: The out and back method (ex.) run/walk out in one direction for 10 minutes stop and return to the starting point in 10 minutes. When doing calisthenics we do 30 in each set, beginners are only required to do the first 10 and last 5. As your base gets stronger, you do more.
