L.A. Zoo
Details
Someone told me,
It’s all happening at the zoo.
I do believe it,
I do believe it’s true…
This is another in the series of weekday f/Stops photo excursions around the LA area. As always, it is designed to be an informal opportunity for photography as well as a chance to interact among our fellow photo enthusiasts.
This will be a great opportunity to photograph some very interesting animals. My suggestion would be to stake out a few animals that interest you and not try to see the entire zoo. To plan, you can go to the zoo website to see what they have, and where… Or… you could try to see the entire zoo. It’s up to you. Whatever you decide, you should be able to take away some nice photos.
Some Info:
1.There is an entry fee of $17. (Seniors $14) Purchase your tickets online to avoid the inevitable line at the entrance.
2.Lots of walking on paved but hilly paths.
3.Oddly, flash photography is allowed.
4.Tripods are allowed on the paths.
6.We will meet in front of the main entrance.
7.Go to http://www.lazoo.org to get driving instructions and other information.
