1. Matthew Witheiler, Flybridge Capital Partners
Matt is a Principal at Flybridge Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience broadly cover companies and technologies across the information technology sector including financial technology, digital media, semiconductors. Matt currently represents Flybridge Capital Partners as an observer on the boards of Convoke Systems, DataXu, Ready Financial, Sand 9 and a portfolio company working in stealth and sits on the board of The Capital Network. He is also a Founding Executive Committee Member of FirstGrowth Venture Network, a network of venture and angel investors supporting first and second time entrepreneurs building exciting companies in the New York area.

2. Owen Davis, NYC Seed
NYC Seed is a partnership between ITAC (www.itac.org), New York City Investment Fund (www.nycif.org), The New York State Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovation (www.nystar.state.ny.us)and Polytechnic Institute of NYU (www.poly.edu), which allows it to provide more than just funding. Funded companies will join an extensive media and technology community. NYC Seed provides guidance from notable entrepreneurs, technologists and venture capitalists.

3. Liza Boyd, Constellation Growth Capital
Liza Boyd is responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities in the media and technology sectors. She led the firm's investment in ideeli Inc. and Capital IQ and currently sits on the board of ideeli, Widevine and Geary Interactive. In the past, she has been a board member at Webify, Siperian and K12, which the firm has successfully exited. Liza joined Constellation Growth Capital in 2000.

4. Daniel Schultz, Co-Founder and Managing Director, DFJ Gotham Ventures.
Danny has worked closely with private early-stage and mature public companies in the communications, media and technology industries for over two decades. He has been active investing in and helping guide several successful entrepreneurial start-ups prior to co-founding Atlantic Venture Partners, the predecessor to DFJ Gotham Ventures. Danny focuses on investments in financial services, digital media, network infrastructure and mobile technologies.
