Scott Lichtman, COO, was most recently a Managing Director at Evalueserve (http://evalueserve.com/); and COO of Circle of Experts. Earlier, Scott led Messaging Products and Marketing at Communicator Inc.; served as Senior Director of Marketing at InterWorld, e-commerce engine for Nike, Disney, GTE and others; was Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at Oracle Corporation; and Advanced IT Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

Tim Olson, Head of Engineering, has worked with employers and clients such as Apple, Morgan Stanley, TIAA/CREF, HBO, and NHL.com, as well as a series of startups. Most recently, Tim served as CTO of ResponsePath (http://responsepath.com/) and Director of Engineering at Publishing Data Management (http://www.pubdata.com/) . The company:
Navon is building a proprietary technology platform (http://www.navonpartners.com/proprietary), built on social media (http://www.navonpartners.com/social-media), web scraping, and other Internet technologies. Among the challenges they are working on: obtaining data on private companies; semantic analysis including entity extraction and linkage; co-reference problem for both executives and companies; data cleaning and canonicalization; signal extraction; and multivariate modeling.
