Welcome moms and moms-to-be! Richmond Fit 4 TwoŽ offers a variety of health and fitness baby-friendly classes throughout Richmond BC.
Meet other new Richmond moms or moms-to-be at our baby-friendly fitness classes or when we meet outside of fitness classes. A great way to exercise with your baby, make lasting friendships and have fun!

Richmond Fit 4 TwoŽ is run by Nikki Jimenez, a mom who loves fitness, health and helping women reach health and fitness goals.
Richmond classes include: Prenatal Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, Mom & Baby Bootcamp, Stroller Fitness and Stroller Bootcamp, and are taught by instructors who are BCPRA and Pre and Postnatal Fitness Certified.
